Thank you for visiting and shopping at inffnitech.com. INFFNI aims to offer you the best shipping options. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.
Shipping Country/Region
We offer worldwide shipping to all countries and regions globally.
We maintain two overseas warehouses located in the United States and Germany, respectively:
1. Orders delivered to the United States and European countries will be fulfilled and shipped directly from our US warehouse or Germany warehouse, enabling fast local delivery with shorter transit times.
2. For all other countries and regions outside the US and Europe, all goods will be dispatched from our main warehouse based in China.
All shipments comply with local customs regulations of the destination country/region, and relevant import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees shall be borne by customers in accordance with local official rules.
Shipping Fees
Enjoy free standard shipping when your order totals over $99. A flat shipping fee of $6.99 will apply to orders under $99.
Shipment Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
- The estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
*Please note: During peak seasons or major promotions, if order volume surges significantly, accept minor shipment delays. Should delays exceed 5 days, we'll notify you by email. For pre-order items, estimated arrival dates are stated on product pages. For out-of-stock items, we'll contact you via email to arrange shipment timing or offer a refund.
About Tariff
INFFNI covers all import tariffs and duties for orders delivered to the United States and European Union regions fulfilled by our overseas warehouses — customers in these regions are not required to pay any tariff fees. If you are charged tariffs by local customs within these covered areas, please contact us at support@inffnitech.com for assistance or reimbursement.
For orders shipped to regions outside of the U.S. and EU overseas warehouse coverage, any applicable import tariffs, duties or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend reviewing your local customs import policies in advance to understand potential charges.
Orders Tracking
- After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details.
- Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email, which includes your order number, express information, and package tracking number, and you are also able to track the status of your order through the email.
- Things about order modification, refund processing, shipping updates, and so on will be notified to you in real-time by email as well.
Important Note
- Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you need to make any changes, email us at
service@inffnitech.com within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise, your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. - Shipping Damage: If your package is damaged during transit due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), please contact us immediately at
service@inffnitech.com upon receipt. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases. - Email Notifications: Order updates will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout or the one linked to your account. If this email is invalid or inactive, INFFNI is not responsible for any losses or missed communications.
- Order Cancellations: If you change your mind after placing an order, please do not reject the package. Instead, contact us
service@inffnitech.com to request a cancellation. We’ll guide you through the return process by our return and refund policy. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from rejected packages. - Missing Orders: If your order has not arrived within the delivery window indicated by the courier's tracking system, please contact us at
service@inffnitech.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We cannot be held responsible for claims made after this period. - Damaged or Missing Items: If your package or any item inside arrives damaged, or if there are missing items, please contact us on the day of delivery at
service@inffnitech.com with relevant photos and/or videos for assistance.
FAQ
1. I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
2. Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route. If you would like to change the shipping address before shipping has begun, please contact the INFFNI Support Team at service@inffnitech.com.
